I have been a practicing chiropractor for 25 years and have owned and managed many practices in many different disciplines of healthcare. As a result, I have learned the secrets of success in healthcare. The truth is, there are no real secrets, only formula's for success and conversely formulas for failure. I offer, at a very nominal fee, to market your practice for you. The first question that everyone asks is, "why so inexpensive?" The answer is simple, it is the same formula that I had while practicing; if everyone can afford my care, then everyone will come and chiropractic wins. The only issue is, you need to tell everyone because if not, then you are the best kept secret. So, I use the same marketing principles with this program that I suggest you do with the lawyers, stay in their face repeatedly! For success in practice, it takes more then marketing. The biggest problem is that you will get the referral, remember it is always easy to get 1-2 referrals; it's what you do with the referral that will determine your future success. If you do not speak the “language of the lawyers,” you will be a "1 and done" only to get the reputation of someone the lawyers do not want to work with in the future and they will never work with you again. I will show you how not to let that happen.
The most important part of our relationship will not be the marketing; it will be consultations that are included in the monthly fee. These consultations will teach you how to speak the language of the lawyers so that when you get a referral you will know what to do with them. This is also the biggest problem with most marketing programs; you can get the patient...then...what to do with them so you don't shoot yourself in the feet along the way.

To do it properly, your practice will increase in income per patient, not that I will show you extravagant billing strategies, but if you do personal injury properly and document properly using accurate coding and backing it up, you will get paid.
Now, for a very big secret...Unless you have $10,000's to spend, marketing and advertising do not work. In fact, unless you can sustain that level of expenditure for your entire career, marketing and advertising will only be effective for the life of the advertising program. The single best tool that you have is your knowledge and being the best-of-the-best through "Clinical Excellence." This program supports you in becoming the best at what you do, not the patient care, but everything else required in the personal injury field.
The truth is, we do not market lawyers at all. Through market research, there is a much more effective way of gaining the legal community's confidence and trust and getting them to consider you, the chiropractor getting the referral over the medical specialist without asking.
