CMCS Management, Inc. is a privately held company, located in Long Island, New York. Its president, Dr. Mark Studin, has been a chiropractor since 1981, graduating from New York Chiropractic College and as a practicing chiropractor, treated 650 patients per week for many years; initially as a family practitioner, then primarily in the field of personal injury.

Dr. Studin is also the past Executive Director and Co-Founder of the New York Chiropractic Council and currently is the Chairman of the Board of the American Academy of Medical Legal Professionals. As a result of his organizational experiences, he was instrumental in helping pass legislation and was responsible for creating many of the largest chiropractic conventions ever held, worldwide. This background helped in understanding how state regulatory agencies function with professionals and also how to bring the chiropractic message to the masses. With extensive knowledge in Spinal Biomechanical Engineering through formal education, the legal profession sought Dr. Studin's advice and through the years, he has become expert in working in the field of personal injury.

Dr. Studin began educating lawyers in 1989 teaching the "Medical" in "Medical-Legal" to attorneys who seek to increase their knowledge in "Personal-Injury related medicine." The legal community has continued to attend his many seminars nationwide through the years, because the need persists and the educational programs are consistently outstanding. In 2000, Dr. Studin became the first chiropractor in New York to be granted status to teach attorneys continuing legal education and has formally educated 1000's of attorneys. He is currently, or has been, certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board, the Florida State Bar, the Virginia State Bar, the Kentucky State Bar and the North Carolina State Bar, to teach attorneys CLE credits.

Dr. Robert Reiss has been a chiropractor since 1983, graduating from New York Chiropractic College and as a practicing chiropractor, treated 750 patients for many years, focusing on the general practice of chiropractic. Dr. Reiss is a former Executive Director and Regent of the New York Chiropractic Council and has been involved for decades in fighting for pro-chiropractic legislation, both locally and nationally. Dr. Reiss worked with Dr. Studin in the 1990's in creating many chiropractic conventions, and together they helped put 8500 chiropractic supporters in the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, NY.

Dr. Reiss' organizational and practice experience has given him an in-depth understanding of working with many disciplines in healthcare to create mutually beneficial relationships. He currently maintains 2 practices; 1 in an affluent community and the other in an economically depressed area in NY City. This gives him the experience to give counsel on very diverse areas of chiropractic and help create a successful outcome for doctors nationwide.

Dr. Michael Schonfeld has been a chiropractor since 1978, graduating from National Chiropractic College and as practicing chiropractor, his clinics have seen 850 patients per week for many years. Dr. Schonfeld was conferred a Diplomate in orthopedics, receiving his DABCO in 1983, and was a practice consultant for Markson Management Services and the Master's Circle for 5 years. He currently is the Chief Administrator for a large multi-discipline office on Long Island in NY.

Dr. Schonfeld has an extensive background in creating office and paperwork systems designed to help doctors follow all of the steps necessary to ensure compliance. These systems were developed for 22 offices in the 1990's and most are in place today, working effectively. Since the implementation of these systems, numerous audits have been performed both locally and federally that have certified his work as accurate, complete and timely.

Dr. Schonfeld currently audits office records for doctors nationally. He exposes weaknesses in their records, allowing the doctors to make the corrections necessary to ensure compliance.
