During my early years of active practice, it seemed that almost everyone I spoke to was at the party and I had my face pressed against the glass window looking in. The “party” was a great practice and I couldn’t seem to find my way in.
Does this sound familiar, one week you have outstanding numbers, and the few weeks are terrible? My collections were consistently poor, and I didn’t know why patients stopped coming before treatment was completed. Didn’t they understand that they had problems?
